Teflon foam three-layer co-extrusion line

The Teflon Foam Triple-Layer Co-Extrusion Line utilizes physical foaming technology to inject high-pressure nitrogen into molten FEP,PFA materials, creating a uniform microcellular foam structure that minimizes dielectric losses and enhances high-frequency signal transmission efficiency. Its triple-layer design (skin-foam-skin) combines solid Teflon outer layers for mechanical durability with a foamed core for optimal insulation, enabling the production of ultra-fine cables like 224G copper wires for AI servers and differential signaling cables for 5G,6G infrastructure. DUO strip edge trimming machine

The basic strip material is usually longitudinally split strip (slit strip). Less than one third of the edges are really cleanly cut, the larger portion is broken off and is not clean, i.e. irregular in terms of straightness, angle and structure, and coatings may interfere with welding.|The DUO strip edge trimming machine chamfers the edges at an adjustable angle so that the V-angle for welding is reduced and coatings on the strip edge are removed. The strip edges become evenly clean and straight and also have their inner structure on the surface. This improves the welding process dramatically.
